I first sat in a kayak and looked out at the horizon on brighton beach when I was 3 - 48 years ago, it was canvas over a ply wood frame, I loved the view and I still do, its a great place to be when its hot. This was taken a few days ago in the Ria de Cedeira. The rest of the pictures on here are about that headland there what I am pointing at.
As I said earlier it was too hot today but it wasn't fried egg hot though, mind this experiment was done at 5 pm and the egg mysteriously disappeared. This is the photo just after i broke it, I'll give it 5 to sizzle, best go get a cofee I said. Where is it I said 7 minutes later, three cats smiled.

The other track offers a choice look one road seems to go right round the hill I'll go left...silly idea if you double click and open the image you can see another fork further on that is the go round the hill track, oh well...

nice view, it looks like an interesting paddle along there. That is craggy bits then Baleo, Pantin, a headland, Valdovino (hidden) and the peninsula with Valdovino lighthouse on.
Right just a couple of minutes and we will be coming round the mountain..... hey ho no we are not we are far too low down and its very leany, it was a good job I had my lets go offroading hat on. I had to stop filming over the brow of the hill as I ran out of being able to not bash the camera on something and still be able to steeer. It was the wrong track that goes nowhere apart from into gorse bushes that some one once drove through a long time ago before they tried to be trees. Men in fishing boats looked up at me and laughed, I was having fun finding out though and their laughter was a long way away. I would post the video but the soundtrack is rather like chalk on a blackboard as the gorse goes past, lots of chalks on lots of blackboards actually, for quite a long time. That is Cedeira in the background the track doesn't look at all leany does it, and they say photos never lie.
The inclinometer said we were at about 63 degrees but it is very broken and has a mind of its own and was only just not backwards. It was leany though and there was a steep slope and a cliff to my right. I was in the passenger seat driving back with one arm and a long leg to keep the weight over as I didn't want to go sideways down that bit below in particular.
Ah well back to spot number one and time to stop for a last little tootle.
